The small cottage is situated in the courtyard behind the villa. It has a surface of about 50 sq.m. and is composed as follows:
-living room with kitchenette, dining table and single sofa bed

-twin room
-small bath with shower
-covered outside sitting space with table and chairs from where guests can cath a glimpse of the sea
